DC Intern Murder: 2 Teens Arrested, 1 at Large

Okay, so this is crazy. I just saw the news about that congressional intern who was murdered in DC. Seriously, so upsetting. Two teens have been arrested, which is something, I guess. But get this – there's still one suspect on the loose! That's terrifying. I mean, who does that? It's just awful. Here's what I gathered from the news reports:

• Two teenage suspects are in custody.
• A third suspect remains at large. Police are asking for the public's help.
• The victim was a congressional intern – just heartbreaking. So young.
• The motive for the murder is still unclear, which is even more unsettling.

Honestly, I'm just feeling really shaken up about this whole thing. It's so close to home, you know? I mean, DC – it's not like it's some faraway city. This kind of violence...it's just not right.

I know we don't know all the details yet, but I just had to share this. It's really hitting me hard. I'll keep you updated as more information comes out. I'm hoping they catch the third suspect soon, for everyone's sake. And, my gosh, my heart goes out to the victim's family and friends. This is just...horrible.

This whole thing is making me think a lot about safety in the city, too. I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting but it's making me a little more anxious than usual. Ugh. Anyway, stay safe everyone.
